Congratulations to our partner Dale Webb, who successfully obtained a lifetime award of workers’ compensation permanency benefits under Virginia Code Section 65.2-503(C) for an employee who sustained serious injuries when he fell from a roof while performing his job. In accordance with the Table of Life Expectancy in the Code of Virginia, the claimant’s future benefits are valued at $768,279.20. FMWM is pleased to have been given the opportunity to obtain this recovery for this employee and his family.
